Thank you for choosing Apps That Work! This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the applications (“App”) provided by Apps That Work LLC (“we, us, or **our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms set forth in this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or modify the App in any way.
- Distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the App available to third parties without our permission.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the App.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in the App, including text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by Apps That Work LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to infringe upon these intellectual property rights in any way.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any terms of this EULA or engage in behavior that is inconsistent with the purpose of the App. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as-is,” with no warranties, either express or implied. Apps That Work LLC does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from malicious software (e.g., viruses, malware). You acknowledge and agree that you use the App at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Apps That Work LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Apps That Work LLC is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
